I started searching for someone to come out to take care of it, and FB listened (scary) and shared a promo for $55 maintenance. I was sure I would be paying more than that by the end of the service. Ralph was very professional, contacted me to let me know he was entoute. I love the fact that they could accommodate my work schedule to come out between 5-8pm. Ralph went right to work and even fixed another issue I was having with a clogged drain. He took his time, explained everything in detail. Oftentimes male techs don't explain things to me being that I'm a woman. But I appreciate anyone who takes the time to show me and share the issue and solution. Eventually we will need a new unit, but not now. To my surprise, the invoice came and it was exactly $55! I will definitely schedule my annual maintenance and request Ralph to come out next year. A+ service and technician. Others told me Keefe's would overcharge, nickle and dime, and try to oversell me. So glad I didn't listen and kept my appointment and I'm pleased with the results!
